Rigby Family! Christmas 2009

We had a great Christmas! On Christmas eve, we made a gingerbread house, made sugar cookies, read the Christmas story, and watched the Nativity. It was a good night. Then the next morning we got up, and not to early, which was nice. JT came out, and the very first thing he noticed was the cookies that we left for Santa! We then opened presents! JT loved every minute of it, and each present got an "alright" after he opened each one! Lucy didn't get much but loved watching big brother play with everything. We assumed the gift of life was good enough!! I got a sweet jogging outfit, yellow and all!! I also got a Cricut!! So awesome, just what I wanted! Justin got new "Silver surfer shoes" (as the Cluffs say), and new shorts! We had a great breakfast, and then played with all our toys, and then had a great dinner!!! It was a good day and a great Christmas!!

Past 2 weeks!!

I haven't blogged for a little while and just thought I would share a little of what we have been up to the past couple of weeks!! Bare with me, there are a lot of photos! I just wanted to share them all! And thanks Hilary for taking the ones from Lucy's blessing, they are awesome!!

To start Grammie and Pa came to visit for a week! We had a good time with them, and hated to see them go. They got to see some of Texas, San Antonio, The Alamo, and got to feel a little of the Texas warm weather! They got to be here for Lucy's blessing. JT loved having Pa here, and someone to wrestle with all the time! Hopefully they enjoyed their stay as much as we did!!

Lucy Jean Rigby 12/02/09

Here she is!! Lucy arrived on Tuesday at 10:52 p.m. She is so much fun! Everything went well. And glad to be home!

Christmas Crafts!!!

Here is what I have been up to lately! Some fun Christmas crafts! My friend Melanie and I did these for a Marketdays and did fairly well. Doing another one in a few days. We will see how that goes! Just wanted to share with everyone!!

Halloween!!!!

We had a great time for Halloween! It started with a Carnival in Kyle. JT loved to play the games, especially the bean bag toss! Then we went to the Outlets and did some trick or treating with the Hagemans! They brought along their wagon, Broc and JT had a great time getting a ride to each door. (now, that is how you trick or treat). Then we had the ward Trunk or Treat. The youth put on a spookalley and JT wasn't to sure about that, but the trick or treating part was his favorite. He got so much candy! When we got home we dumped out his bag on the floor and his eyes got wide and he said "CANDY"! We had a great Halloween!Doctor JT!The patient, and the Dr!Trick or Treating!!!

The Cluff's and Max visit Texas!!!

The Cluff Clan and Maxwell came to visit us here in Texas!!! We had such a great time, and loved every minute of it! They all stayed with us in our apartment so we just had one big sleepover every night! We where on the go the whole time, from when they got off the plane to when they got on the plane. We went to San Antonio and saw the Alamo, and ate at the RainForest Cafe, and walked on the River Walk, and only had one accident! Luke fell in the River. Poor kid! He just wasn't watching where he was going and fell right in. But after the panic was over and he got out, we all had a good laugh about it! Then 2 days at SeaWorld!! Super fun! And not to mention on Friday they got to experience a Friday night Football game at Hays High School! Oh, and did I mention shopping?! Ya, we got in some good outlet shopping! Max came with Shesh and I and he was a shopping fool! We had such a great time, and JT was loving having his cousins here to play with. We sure are going to miss them! Halloween Crafts!

My friend Melanie and I have been doing some crafts again. We got a bunch of stuff ready for Wimberley Market Days, and we where already to go, and the night before we both got the stomach flu. So, we couldn't go. It was a little disappointing, but we are giving it another try in a couple of weeks at a different Market days! So wish us luck! Here are some pictures of some of the crafts we did for Halloween. Now we are working on Christmas stuff, can't wait to see what that brings!
