We loaded up the Uhaul to the max. And we are off! We left for San Marcos Texas on Thurs July 24, 2008. We had a 23 hr drive a head of us. Wow what a crazy time. We said our last goodbyes to family and left in the afternoon. We arrived in Cortez, CO and stayed the night. We didn't do much just sacked out after eating! Then rise and shine we stared the longest part of our drive, heading to Lubbock, TX. After a few games of I-Spy and 20 Questions we arrived, and had time for a short swim before going to bed. What a day! Then early rise to head for Austin, TX, to Justin's mom's house. We made it there safe and sound. We went to church with Diana. Justin enjoyed seeing many of his old friends from the ward. Then the next mourning we left for our final stop San Marcos, TX. We arrived on Mon July 28, 2008. JT was such a good boy. He slept most of the time but when he was awake we sang and played with toys from Jill, and Grammie. Justin drove the whole time! He did great! And I was there to navigate, to play games, to be DJ, treat distributor, and keep us both awake.
