We had a great Christmas season!! We started off with a visit to see Santa. Lucy wasn't so sure about him this year. If you would mention that Santa was coming she would start to cry and say NO! It was kinda funny! But I think after we told her Santa brought all of her presents I don't think she though he was such a bad guy, but I guys we will see what next year brings! JT asked for a Batman cave, and then Santa said what else can I bring you, and JT said nothing just a Batman cave! Santa then said, ok that's good, mom and dad will appreciate that! We have him well trained! :)
We made cute little gingerbread houses! JT and Lucy each had their own to decorate. Justin and I just did the frosting!
Then a trip to the North Pole! We all rode the North Pole Express to see Santa! JT was in heaven. All he could talk about for weeks, was that we were going to ride the North Pole Express Train! It was super fun! We headed up to Heber City, the Thursday before Christmas. We waited outside for a little while, which was freezing but JT didn't notice because he we so excited! We all got on and then we got hot chocolate and cookies from the elves! Yum! We sang songs, and heard stories, and then we reached the North Pole where Santa waved to us from outside, and then he got on the train and visited each child and gave them a silver bell! We had a great time! And so worth it to see JT's face!!!
Christmas next! We went up to Bountiful, and celebrated Christmas Eve and Grandam Mills'! Then we stayed that night at White haired Granny's! We woke up the next morning to my dad(pa) turning on and off our lights at 5:30 a.m.!!! He was excited, and we also had Church that morning at 9:00 so he wanted to make sure we got everything in and made it to church on time! Love that guy!!! We had a great day, spending time with family and just having fun!
Then off the the Ranch! We went the day after Christmas and just relaxed and hang out! Aunt Jac came with us and was entertainment for JT and Lucy! They love Aunt Jac!We watched movies, played games, and rode the 3-wheeler! Good times!
New Years!!! We went bowling with Jac, Pa, and dark haired Grammie! We then had dinner and celebrated at 10:00 instead of midnight! For that sake of us having to drive home, and so the kids could celebrate with us!

Oh and how could I forget! We got new carpet!!! yah!! But it was 3 days before Christmas, so a little stressful but so worth it! This is JT sliding on the stairs, having fun while we are moving things around for the carpet!

Those were great! The boys thought the slide down the stairs was awesome! In fact they are trying to figure out how to do it here in our house!
